- Turduckens
A boneless chicken, within a boneless duck, within a whole boneless turkey. Homemade 100% poultry stuffing, with cranberries and apples, between each layer of meat. Since it is all boneless they are very easy to carve and even the small ones can feed up to 10 people. There is no added pork in our Turduckens, they are poultry only.
