Bacon-wrapped and cheese filled Cervelat

Serves: 2



  • 1 Cervelat Sausage *
  • 1-2 slices of your favorite hard cheese *
  • 2 slices Valbella Country Style Bacon *

Cut the Cervelat Sausage in half. Put the cheese in between the halves, so that it is like a sandwich.

Wrap the bacon slices around the Cervelat-Cheese sandwich and secure with a toothpick.

Cook it in a frying pan or on the barbeque.
