Bacon-wrapped and cheese filled Cervelat
- 1 Cervelat Sausage *
- 1-2 slices of your favorite hard cheese *
- 2 slices Valbella Country Style Bacon *
* Available at Valbella Gourmet Foods
Cut the Cervelat Sausage in half. Put the cheese in between the halves, so that it is like a sandwich.
Wrap the bacon slices around the Cervelat-Cheese sandwich and secure with a toothpick.
Cook it in a frying pan or on the barbeque.
