Cooking Tips for Hams
- Place ham, leaving it in the vacuum bag, in suitable pot, cover with water and heat, do not boil!
- Ham nuggets: let simmer for 40-60 minutes
- Gammon, bone-in & Valbella hams: let simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Remove ham from bag.
- Serve now or you may add your favorite glaze and finish ham in pre-heated oven for max. 15 - 20 minutes.
